As part of the insurance policy, you'll have access to a large number of trusted step-by-step interactive guides, workflow tools, legal templates and video tutorials that'll help you run your business both confidently and effectively. You'll also have access to Farillio's 'pay as you go' experts˟ (˟subject to additional fees) to power your business forward.

How to sign up to your Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio) account:

Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio) is included in your insurance policy. When you first sign up, you will be given access for 1 year and will need to extend your access every year.

To sign-up for the first time you'll need the following:

• The access code from your insurance policy provider
• Your email address
• Your name and surname
• Secure password – which you’ll be asked to set up during the registration process

Moving from Farillio to Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio)?

If you have an existing account with Farillio and also have a insurance policy then you can now access Farillio for free. To request the transfer of your subscription, please follow the steps below: (note your existing templates and documents will also be transferred to your new account.)

Please send an email to us at support@farill.io and let us know you want to move your account over and include the following information:

• Your first name, surname, and the email address you used to originally register with Farillio
• The email address you used to register on Farillio.
• An official request to switch your accounts:

“I (your name) would like to request to merge my personal Farillio account with my new Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio) account. Yours Sincerely, (your full name)”.

We will change the information on your account and normal service should resume within 24 hours.

Where is my data stored?

Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio) is completely cloud based and hosted, which means you don't have to worry about upgrading or maintaining software or web servers. This gives you the flexibility to access and run your business from anywhere with an internet connection. Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio) also offers unlimited storage that enables you to store all of your documents and legal templates for free.

What countries are covered by Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio)?

Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio) and all the resources available on the platform are relevant to the UK only.

Which languages does Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio) support?

All areas of your Intact Business Support (powered by Farillio), including website, blog and emails and the admin site are currently only available in English.
